DISGRACED influencer Andrew Tate claimed he will "stay on house arrest" just days after release in his latest Twitter rant.

Tate has been held on house arrest in Bucharest since March alongside his brother Tristan over sex trafficking claims.

However, on Friday he won an appeal in a Bucharest court and has now been released from house arrest and placed under judicial control.

Taking to Twitter, Andrew said: "Restaurants? Rather eat at home. Shisha/cigar? Rather have at home. Clubs? I couldn’t be less interested.

"I want to cruise around in cars and go to the mosque. Besides that. I’ll stay on house arrest thank you."
