A HUGE five-bedroom house has gone on the market with a guide price of £150,000 – but it has a serious catch.
The spacious freehold property in Derby which is near local shops and amenities appears to have previously been used as a cannabis farm and the place has been trashed.

According to Rightmove, the average house price in Derby is £239,564, with detached properties averaging £358,302.
