Hillingdon cops arrest three men after 64-year-old died in brutal assault at immigration centre
The victim was rushed from the Colnbrook Immigration Removal Centre to hospital where he later died
COPS have launched a murder probe after a man died following an assault at an immigration facility in a west London suburb.
Officers were called to Colnbrook Immigration Removal Centre in Harmondsworth, Hillingdon, just after 9am yesterday morning.
A 64-year-old man was taken to a west London hospital where he later died.
Three men - aged 31, 32 and 35 - were arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
The 32-year-old man remains in custody, however no further action will be taken against the other two men.
Detectives from the Homicide and Major Crime Command led by Detective Chief Inspector Mark Lawson are investigating.
