Schoolboy, 15, charged with manslaughter after Polish man is killed outside pizza takeaway
A TEENAGE schoolboy has been charged over the death of a Polish man who was killed on a night out in Essex.
The 15-year-old was arrested along with five other teens after the death of Arkadiusz Jozwik in Harlow.
The teenager, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been charged with manslaughter.
Beloved uncle Arkadiusz Jozwik, known as Arek, was allegedly attacked outside a pizza restaurant by a gang of youths.
The 40-year-old sausage factory worker died from a single punch which caused him to smack his head on the ground.

Initial reports suggested Arek's death was being treated as a possible hate crime after he was "attacked for speaking Polish".
It it is understood that prosecutors are no longer treating it as such.
Mr Jozwik was allegedly attacked outside a row of takeaway shops on August 27 and died in hospital two days later.
An eyewitness, who works at a pizza restaurant on the stretch, said: “(Arek) was lying on the ground in a really bad way.
"There was blood coming from his ear.
“I pressed his hand but he was not responding.”
Another eyewitness said: "One of the teenagers started and then seconds later there are ten or 12 people attacking him."
Five teenagers who were initially arrested in connection with Mr Jozwik's death were told they would face no further action by Essex Police.
