Three children and an adult in hospital after being attacked by American Bulldog in Manchester house
THREE children and an adult have been rushed to hospital with "serious injuries" after a dog attack in north Manchester.
Cops say the American Bulldog has now been seized following the savage attack.
They raced to a home on Bluestone Road in Moston at around 12.50pm after reports of an "out of control" dog.
There they found four people, including three children aged 12, 14 and 17 years old, had been attacked.
Their conditions are said to be "serious, but not life-threatening".
The victims' ages are unknown.
Officers attended and discovered an American Bulldog-type dog had attacked four people.

The American Bulldog is not a banned breed under the Dangerous Dogs Act - and is not to be confused with the American Pit Bull Terrier, which IS banned.
A Greater Manchester Police spokesman said: "Police were called shortly after 12.50pm today to a home on Bluestone Road, Moston, to a report of a dog out of control.
"Officers attended and discovered an American Bulldog-type dog had attacked four people."
The spokesman added: "They have all attended hospital and it is not yet clear what injuries have been sustained.
"The dog is currently contained in the property and officers are at the scene."
It's the latest in a long line of savage dog attacks this summer.
Three-year-old Dexter Neal was mauled to death by a dog in Essex in August.
He was taken to hospital but tragically died from his injuries.
It's believed he was visiting friends at the time of the tragic incident.
The in October a baby died and his toddler brother was badly hurt when they were savaged by a dog at their aunt and uncle’s home.
Just a week before the tragedy, the family had moved to their new home Colchester, Essex for “a better life”.
