Girl, 5, bundled into suitcase and kidnapped from hotel while she was playing as massive searched launched in Italy
COPS are frantically searching for a five-year-old girl after she was allegedly bundled into a suitcase and kidnapped from a hotel in Italy.
CCTV showed little Kataleya Mia Chicillo Alvarez playing on some steps at the Astor Hotel in Florence before she vanished.
The youngster, from Peru, had been living at the hotel with her family and more than 140 illegal migrants when she disappeared on June 10.
Authorities believe she was put into a suitcase and hurried out of one of the hotel's two exits.
No trace of Kataleya or kidnappers have been found since she vanished.
Police have launched a nationwide hunt for Kataleya and have taken her toothbrush for DNA analysis.

Officers have also been seen combing bins close to the hotel for potential evidence, while two specialist teams arrived on the scene with search equipment.
A garage nearby has also been scoured for clues as cops fear she may have been taken there temporarily.
It's understood anti-mafia police are also involved in the investigation.
A CCTV camera captured Kataleya playing on steps near the hotel's courtyard at about 3.12pm the day she disappeared.

The hotel has since been cleared out by authorities and is being searched, reports .
Kataleya's devastated family have lived in the hotel since last September, having moved to Italy when the youngster was six months old.
On Sunday her parents Kathrina Alvarez Vasquez and Miguel Angel Romero Chicilo broke down at a vigil held at a church in Via Lulli.
Kataleya's dad Miguel has been in jail since March for theft and credit card fraud but was released on Tuesday, reports .
He said earlier last week: "I had problems here before, but I don't think it's this thing, I can't believe they are involving a little girl.
"I think it's a kidnapping. Maybe for extortion, I don't know, I don't have to judge, God will judge but my little girl has nothing to do with it.
"I don't want any more problems with anyone, I love my family."
Members of the Peruvian community have taken to the streets with placards and images of Kataleya in recent days.
Her mum, Kathrina, was taken to hospital last week after ingesting bleach, but was discharged on Wednesday.
