Brutal French ISIS terrorist known as the ‘blood judge’ for sick executions gunned down in Mosul
He was known for ordering the beheading of his enemies and then not burying the body
A BRUTAL ISIS executioner dubbed the 'Blood Judge' for his ferocious sentences has been gunned down in the battle for Mosul.
The terrorist, a French national, was killed by Iraqi forces battling to retake the jihadis' last remaining stronghold in Iraq.
"The judge was known among the people of Nineveh as the 'Blood Judge', having sentenced any violator of the group’s directives to beheading and deprivation of burial."
The killer was given the sickening role earlier this year after a shakeup of ranks in the province.
The source added that ISIS has sent out fighters to avenge the fallen leader.
Since it took over large parts of Iraq and Syria in 2014, ISIS has become notorious for beheading opponents and those who violate its twisted interpretation of Islam - and then proudly posting vile footage of the executions online.
The group is on the verge of being wiped out in Iraq thanks to a US-led coalition bombing campaign and Kurdish and Iraqi government ground troops.
The news comes a day after a suicide bombing that targeted Shiite pilgrims killed 70 in the Iraqi village of Shomali, about 75 miles southeast of Baghdad.
The suicide bombing was claimed by ISIS.
