ISIS propaganda chief behind sick beheading and child executioner videos is wiped out in Mosul air strike

AN ISIS propaganda chief behind sickening videos featuring child executioners and graphic murders has been killed in an airstrike, it has been reported.

Iraqi military officials said the 'ISIS Media Minister of Wilayat Ninawa' was killed by an air strike in Mosul, where a bloody battle for control of the city is raging.

Wilayat Ninawa is Islamic State's main media operations and pumps out vile videos featuring children shooting prisoners in the back of the head and beheadings in a sick bid to recruit jihadis and terrify their opponents.

The officials said in a press statement: "The ISIS media minister of Wilayat Ninawa, who was also responsible for movies production, the so-called Ziad Kharoufa was killed, today, by an air strike conducted by Iraqi Air Force in Nineveh Province."

"The extremist group held the funeral of the senior leader in al-Hayy al-Arabi in the eastern coast of the city of Mosul, amid strict security procedures," the statement added.

Footage from Wilayat Ninawa from last month features a blond-haired little boy executing a prisoner with a single shot to the back of the head.

Filmed in Mosul, in northern Iraq, the 15 minute video shows a western-looking lad, wearing combat fatigues, carrying a gun in a holster as a terrified prisoner sits on his knees in front of him.

Titled 'But If You Return, We Will Return 3', the clip shows the boy, who looks no older than ten, handing the gun to a twisted extremist thug who cocks the weapon and gives it back to the youngster.

The pair then point the pistol together at the man’s head and pull the trigger.

In the full version of the video, which was released on various ISIS outlets on September 19, the body of the prisoner is seen with blood pouring out of his head.

The narrator in the disturbing video calls the victim a ‘spy' captured in Wilayat Ninawa, a reference to Nineveh, an ancient name for an area of northern Iraq.

The Iraqi army are hoping to recapture Mosul from ISIS who have occupied the city since June, 2014.

This latest propaganda video follows another last month which featured five young boys – one of whom is thought to have been British – executing prisoners with handguns.

The slickly edited video shows the children standing behind kneeling prisoners clad in orange jump suits.
