A JAILED bomb plotter has been charged with a fresh terror offence after handwritten papers were found in his cell at high security Belmarsh Prison.
Mohammed Rehman, 26, was caged for at least 27 years last December.
He had planned an outrage on the tenth anniversary of the July 7, 2005 bombings.
West Mids Police said the latest charge is over “handwritten documents found within Rehman’s cell in February”.
Rehman and his now ex-wife were inspired by IS, and became radicalised after marrying in 2013.
