MICK Jagger's daughter Jade was let off with a £1,250 fine today over a drunken clash with cops in Ibiza.

The 51-year-old was arrested alongside her younger boyfriend Anthony Hinkson outside a restaurant after a blazing row spilled into the street on Wednesday night.

He allegedly launched into a foul-mouthed rant at staff after being refused more booze, tried to buy a £1,800 designer dress for a waitress and berated a passer-by before attacking cops.

Jade is said to have waded in, shouting abuse at officers and scratching a policewoman.

A lawyer for the pair struck a plea deal during a court appearance on Friday that saw her and her toyboy walk free.

The couple had spent two nights in the cells after the brutal cop clash.

Anthony, 31, was handed a four-month prison sentence for assault but is not expected to do any jail time.

Anthony was found guilty of "atentado contra la autoridad" - which covers offences ranging from resisting arrest to assaulting an officer.

But he walked free as sentences of less than two years are normally automatically suspended in Spain for first-time offenders.

Jewellery designer Jade was fined for "serious resistance and a minor offence of wounding", a court official said.

On top of the fine, she was also ordered to pay almost £700 in compensation to her victim, the official added.

A female officer who responded to the incident is off work with a wrist injury after allegedly being scratched during the melee.

Jade, the daughter of legendary rocker Sir Mick, declined to comment as she was released from custody at 3.30pm local time on today.

She and her boyfriend walked out of a back exit before quickly going separate ways, with Hinkson carrying a plastic bag of belongings.

Despite going free, Jade faces further woes as a Spanish police union had earlier announced it was pursuing legal action.

The SUP said it has instructed a lawyer to pursue a private prosecution under Spanish law after the restaurant ruckus.

The union said it will seek to “bring the full force of the law”, adding: "We are tired of seeing how assaults on police go virtually unpunished.

"SUP will present a private legal action against Mick Jagger’s daughter for allegedly assaulting a National Police officer in Ibiza.

"We are determined to make sure people who attack police officers do not get off practically scot-free.

"For this reason we are announcing today that we are going to launch our own legal action in the case involving this lady.

"We are not going to consent any more assaults on police.

"When others look away, our police officers always have their union to confide in."

Jade and her partner were allegedly booted out of the trendy La Oliva restaurant "for causing trouble" after Hinkson insulted staff for refusing to serve him more drinks.

Video later emerged of him being tackled to the ground by seven officers while topless in the old town of the Spanish party island.

Cops then became the target as Anthony and Jade, who became a grandmother in 2014, allegedly hurled abuse at them.

Hinkson is understood to have pushed and shoved the cops as Jade allegedly shouted “stupid police” and waded in.

Sources claim she “hurled herself at a police officer, pushing him and insulting him” before squaring up to other cops and allegedly scratching one.

Police on the island confirmed early this morning: "The detainees arrested on Wednesday night will go to court today."

Before his arrest, Hinkson was seen acting “erratically” and berating a passersby, before apparently buying a designer dress for €2,100 (£1,800) as a gift for a waitress.

A witness claimed he was “behaving very oddly” as he bought the gold sleeveless outfit.

They added: "He was bothering girls who were in the shop and making comments to a girl who was working there.

"He was not really making much sense. He was saying, ‘Give me the f***ing dress.’ He was really rude.

"Then he took it back to the restaurant and tried to give it to the waitress.

"His behaviour was so erratic that the restaurant manager decided to call the police."

Jade shared a social media selfie on a sun lounger at Ibiza’s swanky Nobu Hotel last week.
