Pregnant mum Frankie Hough dies days after M66 crash that also left sons, 2 and 9, and nephew hurt as BMW driver charged
A PREGNANT mum left fighting for life in a crash that also injured her two sons and nephew has sadly died in hospital.
Frankie Hough, 38, was travelling with her two kids, aged nine and two, as well as her nephew on the M66 on Saturday when the horror unfolded.
She was rushed to hospital in a critical condition but sadly died today.
Her oldest son and nephew remain in induced comas in intensive care in hospital.
Adil Iqbal, 22, from Accrington, has been charged with three counts of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
He appeared at Manchester Magistrates' Court today where it was confirmed Frankie, who was expecting a baby girl, had tragically passed away.
Iqbal, who works in a boxing gym, spoke only to confirm his name, date of birth and address.
He was remanded into custody to appear at Minshull Street Crown Court on June 19.
Police were scrambled to reports of a smash between two vehicles travelling south on the M66 in Bury on Saturday afternoon.
Frankie, Tommy, Rocky and Tobias were all rushed to hospital by air ambulance.

Friends launched a page to support the family following the horror.
The appeal has already raised more than £18,000.
Tributes have begun flooding in for Frankie has the heartbreaking news of her death spread.
Sherrie Jean-Louise said: "There are no words for how I feel right now.
"Life can be horribly cruel - a beautiful soul, friend, sister, daughter, Mamma & Mamma-to-be taken way too soon and in the most tragic way! I'm heartbroken and filled with so many 'ifs and buts'."
Rebecca Adimora wrote: "I can't believe this.
"Franki you will be sorely missed by so many. We love you infinitely earth angel, fly high, this realm may just not have been destined for your loving soul and your unborn angel, you will shine beyond this my love."
