A FORMER Premiership footballer has been accused of being a lousy landlord after tenants in a house he owns complained of filthy conditions - including a dead RAT in the cellar.
Ex-QPR striker Dexter Blackstock has said he is not to blame after students living in the Nottingham house reported widespread mould, broken smoke alarms and piles of abandoned rubbish.
