Posh homeowner ‘tried to throw neighbour down steps’ in row over parcel left in her £1.9m Kensington flat’s garden
Natalie Campbell, 52, 'pounded' Georgia Wagner, 46, when she saw the package, which had been left out to be collected by delivery service UPS
AN ANGRY resident attacked her neighbour at a posh Kensington apartment block after she left a parcel in her garden, a court heard.
Natalie Campbell, 52, “pounded” Georgia Wagner, 46, when she saw the package, which had been left out to be collected by delivery service UPS.
Enraged Campbell screamed “I’ve had it with all of you leaving stuff on my property” before attacking her and trying to pull her down the stone steps outside their apartment block.
Campbell does not live in her £1.9million apartment but sublets it for about £6,000 a month to try and pay off £50,000 of debt.
Ms Wagner, who lives in a £1.5million flat above Campbell’s, was said to have been involved in a leafleting campaign by residents attempting to force Campbell out.
Ms Wagner told Hammersmith magistrates’ court Campbell owed the freeholder money for service charges.
She said she had put a package of tiles out for collection when Campbell “launched at me as soon as she saw me”.
Ms Wagner said: “She said something like, ‘I’ve had it with all of you leaving stuff on my property’.
“As she was screaming at me she started pounding, she certainly hit me, but I put my hands in front of me so she hit my hands.”
She added that she thought Campbell was trying to “pull me down the stairs”.
