Inside KFC restaurant branded ‘the worst in the UK’ on TripAdvisor
DISGUSTED customers have branded this branch of KFC the worst in the UK.
Scathing reviews of the fast food outlet in Chestfield near Whitstable, Kent, suggest it's a complete no-go.
The "disgraceful" restaurant, which has 100 "terrible" ratings on TripAdvisor, allegedly serves cold food, has no cutlery, and constantly gets orders wrong.
It also shuts early without warning, leaves drive-thru customers crawling at a snail's pace and often can't take card payments, it is said.
One person, who visited the KFC in last month, said: "What is going on?
"[There are] 30 to 40 minute waits in the drive-thru and items are out of stock after taking orders.

"They've only got my order right three times out of 24 over the past two years."
Another wrote: "Worst drive-thru ever. Slow, slow, slow.
"Cold chips, order wrong, stuff out of stock."
And a third review, from a man named Jon who ordered a 10-piece family bucket two weeks ago, reads: "[My food] was just an oozing greasy mess and absolutely disgusting.
"Would advise others to avoid at all costs. Yuck."
Others have moaned about app offers not working, staff having no salt or napkins, and there frequently being no utensils.
One person claims they were left to eat baked beans with their fingers and wipe the juice on themselves.
Another, who went in December 2022, said: "It's filthy in there, with used napkins and food on the floor and grubby counters.
"This place needs a massive clean. Please don't go."
Others described it as the "worst KFC in the UK" which is "reliably shambolic".
However, a handful of people had slightly more positive experiences.
Some of the eleven "excellent" ratings and seven "very good" praised the speed at which the food was prepared and its quality.
