Jeremy ClarksonMay and Richard Hammond are about to launch their new car show Grand Tour on Amazon Prime and are bidding not to become car crash telly.

Details of the lads’ filming have been kept a secret but eagle-eyed taxi driver Gary Swaile, 46, spotted the hybrid motor, bearing the “Grand Tour” markings on the side as well as the registration plate M4Y, being towed at King Cross St Pancras Station in Central London shortly before 11.30am on Monday.

He said: “It was a wreck. The lorry pulled in from Euston Road and stopped outside St Pancras for a little while before heading north up the road.

“It had all the markings from a Grand Tour and the registration plate of M4Y, so I just assumed it belonged to James May and they had been filming nearby.”

This morning, the wreck appeared on the concourse outside King's Cross Station, where it appeared to have crashed into a post box - intriguing passers-by who stopped to pose for selfies with the mysterious vehicle.
