THERESA MAY will put herself at the service of millions of hard-working Brits by vowing to tackle rampant immigration changing the face of UK communities.

And the Prime Minister will tear into businessmen and tycoons who “game the system” as she warns that Donald Trump’s shock Election success is a global wake-up call.

In comments take as another attack on Sir Philip Green she will say business “must play its part” in building Brexit Britain that works for “everyone”.

In a landmark Mansion House speech, the PM will say the Mr Trump’s stunning US Election victory shows how many voters around the world feel left behind by globalisation.

And in her latest vow to tackle take back control at the border she will say too many people have seen jobs outsourced and wages cut.

She will say: “They see their communities changing around them and don’t remember giving their permission for that to be the case.”

On business, the PM will lay out plans for a new partnership with UK PLC.

She vows the Government will take the big calls on everything from new nuclear power plants to a third runway at Heathrow and securing investment from Nissan.

But in a chilling warning, she will add: “But in return it is right to ask business to play its part in ensuring we build a country that works for everyone.

“And that British business, which is so often on the frontline of our engagement with the world and whose actions so often project our values in the world, is seen not just to do business but to do that business in the right way.”

She says: “When a minority of business and business figures appear to game the system and work to a different set of rules, the social contract between businesses and their employees fails.”

The speech comes amid claims of a fresh Cabinet rift with Chancellor Philip Hammond over the economy. Treasury officials were yesterday said to be alarmed at a string of economic policy announcements planned by the PM over the coming weeks.

The PM is expected to set out her priorities and detail some of her “interventionist” policies in a speech to the CBI annual conference on November 21 – two days before the Chancellor’s Autumn Statement.

One unnamed Treasury official accused Downing Street of trying to “hog the limelight.”
