Our lives are ruined by nightmare neighbour who has dumped HUNDREDS of bags of dog poo near our homes – it’s disgusting
RESIDENTS have been crying out for help after a nightmare neighbour dumped hundreds of bags of dog poo near their homes.
And in recent days councillor Tim Prater came to the Kent locals' rescue - picking up a whopping 210 bags of dog mess in just 30 minutes.
He said the smelly litter had all been dumped in one spot, near a primary school in Folkestone, and residents took to Facebook to raise the alarm.
Tim, who is the chair of the Sandgate Parish Council, wrote on Facebook: "In a little over 30 minutes, I picked up (and have now removed and disposed of) 210 black bags of dog mess.
"I didn't get everyone certainly, but most of them I hope."
He added: "In the name of your neighbours, those that use the path and the children that go to that school and use the path every day, stop."

The councillor said he went to "scope" out the problem after locals revealed the problem they were having with a grassy area next to a well-used footpath being littered.
He continued: "Now, when people say 'it's just a minority' it's worse than that.
"I'll place a bet, they are almost all from the same person. Same bags. Same tying. Without wishing to be too detailed, similar filling.
"So one person has thoughtfully picked up after their dog into a bag, then slung it over a fence. 210 times."

The councillor shared his fury over the smelly matter, adding: "To that person: grow up. Take it bloody home.
"Almost everyone else does - WTF makes you special? And, for clarity, having picked up all your bags, they do not biodegrade.
"Everyone, from the top to literally the bottom of the pile you had created still had 'structural integrity'. They would sit there for years. You are not doing half the right thing. Take. It. Home."
Tim said he planned to raise the matter with the district council so residents didn't have to deal with their neighbour's stinking litter anymore.
He continued: "It is a road with two schools and there are few bins in the area, as others have pointed out. But almost everyone else is dealing with their litter and their dog's waste properly.
"Aside from 210 exceptions, there was little litter. It's not a minority. It's mainly one person."
It's not unusual for people to have issues with their neighbours - for one reason or another.
