Man, 19, arrested on suspicion of abduction as desperate search for missing teenage girl, 15, continues

A 19-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested on suspicion of abduction after a teenage girl went missing.

Joddielea, 15, went missing near Meadowhall in Sheffield on Friday.

The schoolgirl was last seen around 8.15am in the Barrow Road area, not far from the shopping centre.

She was wearing blue jeans, white trainers, a short black coat with a fur hood and a black cross-body bag.

She is white, approximately 5ft 3ins tall, with shoulder-length, straight brown hair.

Cops said that the man has been bailed pending further enquiries.

South Yorkshire Police launched an urgent appeal for more information to help find her.
