Emotional pals share poignant clip of Newport crash victim Eve Smith, 21, as she sings in talent competition
FRIENDS of Newport crash victim Eve Smith have been left “in tears” watching videos of the talented 21-year-old’s “beautiful and haunting” singing.
Eve, 21, was found dead with two pals a horror smash that left two others seriously injured after a night out on Friday.

Cops yesterday discovered three bodies after Eve, Darcy Ross, 21, Sophie Russon, 20, along with Rafel Jeanne-Actie and Shane Loughlin vanished.
It took cops 48 hours to find the five friends who had been in a car crash - and this morning two forces referred themselves to a watchdog for an investigation.
Eve, Darcy and Rafel died in the horror crash while Sophie and Shane are seriously injured in hospital.
She was a talented singer who had performed in TeenStar - the UK’s “biggest competition for young artists”.

Eve was chosen from hundreds of video auditions to perform at one of the competition’s regional heats in Bristol in 2015.
And friends and family yesterday told of their heartbreak while watching videos of her sing posted on her Facebook page.
In one clip she filmed last year, she is seen performing Brokenhearted by Karmin from her bedroom.
'I'M IN TEARS'
One friend commented: “Beautiful girl, Beautiful voice. Taken so young..”

'BEAUTIFUL LITTLE SISTER'
It comes after her heartbroken sister Sherridan Borg, 23, yesterday paid tribute to Eve.
She said: “Eve, My beautiful little sister I've cried laughed and fought with you every week, but I've never been without you.
“We always said, 'I got you always', but now I'm sat here feeling so empty because you're not here with me anymore, and I can't accept this."
The tragedy comes eight years after her sister Xana also died in a car crash - with the family revealing their heartache on the Star of Sky documentary.
Eve had taken part in a Sky TV documentary after Xana was killed and the family campaigned for tougher sentences.
Hairdresser Xana, 19, was killed instantly from head injuries in the crash when a friend stole a car to get to a party back in 2015.
She was a passenger when the car flipped over.
TOUCHING TRIBUTE
The young woman had been getting a lift home from Sakhawat Ali, then 23, who was high on cocaine and cannabis and twice the drink-drive limit.
His cousin Shabaz Ali, then 21, was also on drugs - and grabbed the car's handbrake “as a joke”.
Eve was 13 at the time of the tragedy while Sherridan was 15.
Sherridan said: “There is no sister like you, you always made me feel so important, sending me messages to remind me how much you love me and I'd tell you just how much I loved you more!
“You saved me from so much Eve all the times I've been low it was you that I'd turn to, and now I'm feeling heavy because I couldn't save you.
“I loved seeing you grow into this beautiful young woman and you used to get so worried that we wouldn't be close as you grew up, but I'd remind you that sisters don't ever break a bond and ours well there isn't, no bond like ours my girl you'll always be my baby sister.
