A staunch supporter of the billionaire, he spoke out on US TV show Fox and Friends on Thursday and didn’t mince his words.

In line to become Trump's attorney general, he said: "The reality is they're a bunch of spoiled crybabies."

Giuliani was commenting on reports that colleges have been bringing in therapy dogs and are holding "cry-ins" to help students overcome their election grief.
