TRISTAN Tate is the younger brother of controversial influencer Andrew Tate, currently being held in prison in Romania on charges of rape, human trafficking, and organised crime.
Romanian media has reported that Tristan was recently rushed to hospital after falling violently ill, but a spokesperson for the Tate siblings has come out and denied that - here is everything we know so far.
Was Tristan Tate taken to hospital?
Tristan Tate, 34, is currently being held in prison in Romania alongside his older brother, influencer Andrew Tate.
Both were arrested in December and have been detained in the Romanian capital Bucharest ever since.
Romanian news outlet CanCan reported on Saturday that Tristan had to be rushed to hospital recently after complaining of feeling sick behind bars.
The younger brother of the disgraced influencer, who has built an empire off the back of his viral, misogynistic content, reportedly suffered from severe stomach pains, headaches, and vomiting.

Romanian media claims that he was later diagnosed as having enterocolitis, an inflammation of the intestines which various infections can cause.
Tate's family are quoted in the piece as saying that Andrew has lost a significant amount of weight after two months in the "hellhole" Central Detention Centre dubbed the "Royal Cellar".
A relative said: "They receive a package, they still eat whatever is given to them, but they complain about the terrible conditions in which they live.
"I maintain that it is unlivable there, that it is full of rats, cockroaches, that they have become full of fleas and lice.

"They say they have never seen so much filth in their lives. They are used to another life, naturally, Tristan got sick.
"Both have lost a lot of weight, Andrew has lost almost ten kilos."
But a spokesperson for the Tates has denied that Tristan was taken to hospital.
They told The Sun: "Andrew and Tristan Tate are in good health and are focused on next week's appeal against the most recent extension decision.
"No one, apart from their legal counsel, has access to the brothers whilst they are in detention, so we challenge the authenticity of the quote featured in the Romanian news outlet, Cancan."
Why are Tristan and Andrew Tate in jail in Romania?
Andrew and his brother Tristan were arrested as part of a , rape, and organised crime.
They are and persuading them to travel to their £600,000 villa on the outskirts of the country's capital Bucharest.
The brothers would allegedly falsely claim to be in love with the young women, before making them perform sexual acts on webcams.
Women were forced to film porn videos in the compound and were kept under 24/7 house arrest, according to Romanian investigators.
Romanian authorities have reported that they have identified six alleged victims in the case who were subjected to "acts of physical violence and mental coercion" as well as “sexual exploitation”.
When could Andrew and Tristan Tate be released?
Andrew and his brother Tristan were initially held for 30 days after their arrest on December 29, 2022.
Tate was seen holding a copy of the Quran while entering and leaving his first appeal hearing - which was rejected - following his conversion to Islam.
On January 20, 2023, a further 30 days were added by a Romanian court.

On February 21, 2023, Tate and his brother Tristan were given at least 30 more days behind bars after a successful appeal from Romanian authorities.
The brothers have been held in a "hellhole" Romanian jail cell since their arrest, with reports suggesting that inmates have to spend 23 hours a day in their cells.
