Major Abby Choi update as model’s ex-husband Alex Kwong is charged with murder after cops find her head in house

THE ex-husband of Abby Choi Alex Kwong and his dad have been charged with murder after the model was brutally dismembered.
It comes as cops discovered missing remains of the 28-year-old after some body parts were left in a refrigerator at a flat rented by her former father-in-law in Hong Kong.
Four suspects - including Abby's ex-husband and his dad - were remanded in custody on Monday over her horrific death.
A seven-seater vehicle police believe Abby was attacked in was pictured being towed away from the scene after officers found blood splatters inside.
On Friday, two legs in the refrigerator, as well as the victim's ID card, credit cards, and other belongings were discovered in what cops described as a house set up as a butchery site.
The house in the village of Lung Mei - a beachside village around a half-hour drive from the city centre - was equipped with an electric saw and a meat grinder that had been used to mince human flesh, police said.
Human tissue was discovered in pots of soup, but her head, torso and hands were missing.
Police on Sunday found more body parts, including her head and some ribs in a soup pot retrieved from the home, reported.
Abby's former husband Alex Kwong, who she had two children with, has now been charged with murder along with his dad and older brother, 31.
Police arrested Abby's former spouse Kwong, 28, on Saturday as he attempted to flee the city on a speedboat.
He was snared with around £50,000 on him as well as several luxury watches worth more than £400,000, reports
Pictures showed him being taken to hospital with a bag over his head after he complained about feeling unwell.
Kwong's mum meanwhile has been charged with perverting the course of justice.
All four appeared at Kowloon City Court on Monday and were denied bail.
Another woman has also been arrested in connection with Abby's murder.
Police Superintendant Alan Chung said: "We believe all suspects involved in the murder case have been arrested."
Cops are understood to suspect Abby's former father-in-law masterminded the whole thing.
Authorities believe Abby - who had graced a magazine cover in Monaco only this month - had financial disputes with her ex-husband and his family over a property costing 100 million Hong Kong dollars (£10.7m), which she had planned to sell.
Chung said: "We believe the victim and her ex-husband's family had many financial disputes involving huge sums.
"Someone was dissatisfied with how the victim handled her assets, which became a motive to kill."
Choi was last seen on Tuesday in the Tai Po district, where she was found.
She was allegedly last seen by her ex-husband's brother, who also worked as her chauffeur.
Police said the family had earlier lied to mislead investigators.
The village house had been recently rented and was unfurnished - suggesting it was set up to dispose of Abby's body, Chung added.
Chung added: "Police also have found that the flat was arranged by cold-blooded killers meticulously.
"Tools that are used to dismember human bodies were found in the flat, including meat grinders, chainsaws, long raincoats, gloves, and masks."
Only last week, Abby shared a picture of her magazine cover with her almost 90,000 Instagram followers.
She wrote: "From Hong Kong to the cover of L'Official Monaco, my journey as a style icon continues.
"Grateful for this recognition and the continued support along the way."
Earlier this month, she shared a video of herself at the Dior Fashion Show in Paris.
