A JOCKEY embroiled in a gang rape probe was back at work yesterday, insisting he was innocent “of any criminal wrongdoing”.
Brendan Powell, 21, rode 33-1 shot Gannicus to third place in the BetVictor Novices’ Hurdle Race at Kempton Park.
Thursday’s alleged assault is said to have happened at Powell’s home in Chiseldon, Wilts.
Powell and Condon’s lawyer said they “categorically deny” any wrongdoing.
Mooney was not available to comment.
The trio have been bailed to return to Wiltshire Police in late December.
