Levi Davis bombshell as X-Factor star had 38 ‘key witnesses’ mysteriously deleted from his Instagram AFTER he vanished
LEVI Davis’s Instagram had up to 38 contacts mysteriously deleted after he vanished, an investigator working for his family has revealed.
The names and how they were deleted could provide vital clues about what happened to the missing X Factor star, who was last seen leaving a pub in Barcelona on October 29.
Levi's passport was later discovered in the city’s port area.
Reports have speculated the missing former professional rugby player may have drowned after being hunted by criminals over a £100,000 debt.
Private investigator Gavin Burrows and his company, Line of Inquiry, have been helping Levi’s family in their desperate bid to find out what's happened to him.
He has now revealed Levi’s Instagram was accessed and had between 32 and 38 contacts deleted.

“We were contacted by a friend who said it was suspicious that these names had been deleted,” he told The Sun Online.
“The only other person who has access to the account has said that they’ve not touched his account.
“We’ve always said either he is still alive, because it happened after he disappeared, or someone else has got access and deleted it.
"The question now is who’s accessed his account.”

Burrows said the names and whoever may have deleted them are both vital clues that could lead to finding out what has happened to Levi.
“The fact that his account has been accessed is a line of investigation we can’t rule out.”
He said that whoever accessed the account could have done it to “obstruct or mislead” the investigation.
Burrows said that there is a possibility that the contacts could have been accessed by software that clears out contacts inactive followers.
“However it is highly suspicious that these people were removed simultaneously,” he said.
He is calling for Instagram to provide legal explanation from which could admissible in court.
“What we want to know is where it was accessed from. We need them to provide the location.”

Burrows added that anyone with information can also free of charge.
It comes after the investigator revealed Davis may have fled for his life from a Somali drug gang he owed money to.
CCTV shows Levi leaving The Old Irish Pub at around 10.05pm after travelling to Barcelona from Ibiza, where he had been staying with a friend.
The former Bath winger had been suffering from depression and had gone on holiday following a knee injury.
He posted a final video message on the ferry in which he can be heard saying: "Hi mum... it's beautiful."
Around the time Levi was last seen, cruise ship workers are said to have reported sighting a person in the sea.
But search operations were suspended because no one was missing on board the ship, which has led to speculation this may have been a missed chance.
Levi’s bank card and phone have not been used and reports in Spain cite fears Levi could have been entrapped by someone he met on social media.
Levi made history in 2020 when he was the first professional rugby union player to come out as bisexual while still playing.
