These 5 handy tips could save you A LOT of embarrassment
ARE you one of those people who checks your Facebook News Feed first thing in the morning, squinting through one eye to update yourself on what your friends got up to last night?
If so, you may think you know it all – but these five Facebook tricks aren’t public knowledge.
From checking if you’re still logged in on your ex’s computer to stopping yourself getting distracted by your Home Page, these are the tricks you need to know.
1. Who has access?
If you’ve ever logged into Facebook on someone else’s phone or computer, this is very important.
Nobody wants their ex, or mum, to have unrestricted access for snooping.
While you’re putting yourself at risk of getting Fraped if your friends can get on your account.
To check where you’re logged in, and deactivate any redundant phones or computers – go to Settings and then Security.
Click Where You’re Logged In and it will bring up a list of locations, the last time accessed, and type of device, e.g. iPad, Desktop, iPhone or Windows Phone.
If anything looks odd, simply click End Activity to log out remotely.
