It comes as surging demand for Prime has seen fights break out in supermarkets and shops like the controversial Wakey Wines in Wakefield, , reselling the drink at inflated prices.

On the popularity of the drink, KSI said: "It is quite mind-blowing how crazy people are going over it. I didn't expect it to be this big."

However, he did slam some of the chaos surrounding Prime, adding: "I don't like the reselling. I think that's a bit outrageous.

"There's still people to this day who haven't even tasted the drink."

The star also confirmed reports that he has a secret girlfriend, after expressing his desire to become a father earlier this week.

However, he explained that his new love wants no part of the limelight his fame brings as she is a "private person".

Who is KSI?

KSI gained fame through comedic YouTube videos in the 2010s.

The face of viral energy drink Prime, which Brits have been fighting each other for in supermarkets, launched his channel in 2008.

Videos of the then 15-year-old playing FIFA and pulling pranks at home in Watford, Herts., became an instant success.

But KSI sparked controversy in 2013 when he asked women at a gaming conference what STIs they have.

And many said pulling his "rape face", which would regularly appear in his videos, trivialised sexual assault.

Apologising for is past content, KSI told  in 2020: "Obviously I’m not proud of it."

Since then the 29-year-old has built an empire boasting a fleet of supercars and a multi-million pound property portfolio.

What is Prime?

Boxing rivals-turned-business partners KSI and Logan Paul have taken the world by storm with their Prime hydration drink.

The pair, who twice fought each other with the first ending in a draw and KSI winning the rematch, launched the company in 2022.

And it has become somewhat of a sensation across the globe, especially in the US and UK.

According to , Prime already has an estimated worth of £18million but the pair believe it can gross billions in the future.

But how did it get to this position?

Well, KSI and Paul are not strictly the brains behind the business, as revealed by The Sun on Sunday.

That is actually down to publicity-shy American duo Trey Steiger and Max Clemons, who own the firm that created the drink.

The pair, both in their twenties, met at school in Louisville, Kentucky, and now control a drinks empire experts say is set to produce ten million bottles a year, making more than £85m.

They own company Congo Brands, which in turn owns Prime Hydration in the US and in the UK.

KSI, and Paul, 27, believed to have ownership in Prime, have done an amazing job in promoting the brand.

In the UK, it was exclusive to Asda, before Aldi also produced limited stock.

They are also a sponsor of Arsenal, with bottles available at the Emirates on matchday.

The high demand and limited distribution of Prime has caused chaos around the nation.

Footage has shown riots in Asda stores when new stock has arrived while other smaller stockists have sold it at vastly inflated prices.
