Potty ISIS despots launch latest crazy crackdown – enforcing TURN-UPS on trousers because its ‘anti-Islamic’ if they touch the ground

IT may be facing imminent annihilation but bonkers ISIS believe there are more pressing matters – enforcing turn-ups on fella's trousers.

Under tough Sharia Law it is deemed anti-Islamic for a male’s pants to touch the ground and trail along the floor.

So the terror group’s feared Hisbah religious police are imposing the turn-up on men caught with two much material flapping around the ankles in their captured lands.

And they face 40 lashes if they continue to flout the rules – which date back more than 1,000 years when cloth was expensive and it was deemed an insult to Allah to flout one’s wealth by having extra material dragging on the ground.

The group’s propaganda wing released pictures of one man – clutching bags of snacks – in Yarmouk, Syria, being hit with on-the-spot turn-ups by a religious cop.

ISIS bosses also showed another man being whipped in the street as punishment for committing another offence which was deemed haram – or forbidden – and piles of seized cigarettes – also banned by Islam – going up in flames.

Women living under the black flag of the group in Iraq and Syria have long been the subject of super-strict dress codes.

And ISIS crackpots have produced posters in English so UK Jihadi wives don’t fall foul of their laws in the capital of Raqqa in Syria.

They released a seven point guide called Conditions for a Correct Hijab which comes with a picture of a female figure covered from head to toe in black with flowers at her feet.

And they have even banned perfume and scent to prevent admiring glances from men.

In recent weeks women who break the code have been locked up in a cage with skulls as punishment.

The guide tells English-speaking Westerners:

1. That it be heavy (thick) and not transparent as to what is underneath it
2. That it be loose (not wide, tight)
3. That it covers the whole body
4. That it is not a dress that makes one stand out
5. That it does not resemble the clothing of disbelieving women nor the clothing of men
6. That it is not a dress of beautification that attracts looks
7. That is not scented (perfume or incense)
