SIR Keir Starmer has sold his family’s donkey sanctuary for around £400,000.

The Labour leader bought the seven-acre plot in Surrey for his parents in the 1990s.

They used it to look after neglected donkeys.

But Sir Keir lost his mum Josephine in 2015 following a long battle with Still's disease, a rare form of arthritis.

His dad Rodney died in 2018.

Sir Keir was rapped by the Parliamentary standards watchdog in 2021 for not declaring the land correctly.
