Smith is being held by cops over the “viable device” at North Greenwich station on Thursday.

A neighbour of the forensics student — who had just moved to London with mum Antonitza from Newton Abbot, Devon — told of the win.

June Youlton, 72, said: “His mum said he played poker until 4am on his computer.”
