He has the same rugged look as broadcaster and ex-I’m A Celebrity star Richard — with similar greying hair swept over to one side.

Locals were quick to point out the comparison on social media.

Daniel Martin posted: “Richard Madeley has let himself go.”

Kara Swann said: “Definitely Madeley.”

Williams is aged 45 to 50, 6ft, of medium build with straight grey hair and a beard.

He is among six men and two women who Dorset Police are hunting.

A spokesman said: “If you have information relating to their whereabouts it can be submitted in confidence via the Crimestoppers website”.

Richard and wife Judy Finnigan hosted ITV’s This Morning from 1988 to 2001.
