A ROYAL security scare yesterday saw a driver block a motorcade believed to be carrying a senior family member.
The driver shouted "get out my f***ing way" after he stopped in the road facing the oncoming police convoy.
He spat and screamed as protection officers pinned him up against his car and attempts to calm him down failed.
The motorcade had been on the right hand side of the road when the crazed oncoming Renault Clio driver was told to stop.
But he refused to and became aggressive as bystanders in Southwark, South London, yesterday afternoon feared an escalating incident.
As a protection officer had the motorist pinned against his car, the royal convoy drove around him.
The driver, in his 50s, was allowed to go at the time but was arrested later that day for an separate incident outside Buckingham Palace.
He was picked up after officers noticed him behaving erratically and they arrested him on suspicion of driving whilst unfit.

It comes after an eco-yob pelted at least four eggs at King Charles on a walkabout before he unveiled a statue of Queen Elizabeth II in York this week.
Witness Tommy, 36, of Plumstead, South East London, said: “You do see these motorcades but I’ve never seen someone refuse to stop before.
“They told the guy in the Renault to stop but he just continued going and they must have thought he was a terrorist or something.
“One officer had to grab his steering wheel when the guy tried to drive on.
“They then grabbed him and dragged him out of his car, pinned him against the side of his vehicle and roughed up a little.
“He just wouldn’t calm down, he kept on being aggressive."
He added: “Bystanders looked worried as the screaming motorists tussled with the police.
“He was going mental saying ‘why are you dragging me out of the car…. He punched me... I’ve got blood in my mouth’ it was crazy.
“The guy in the Clio was then spitting at the Land Rover and shouting at them even as they sped off.”
Unmarked police cars were seen blue lighting towards the raging motorist after the motorcade of two cars and four motorbikes had made its way through the obstruction.
On Wednesday, the King barely flinched when four eggs hurled past him.
An idiot protester, identified as Extinction Rebellion gardener Patrick Thelwell, was immediately bundled to the ground as the crowd yelled "shame on you" at him and "God save the King".
