Teen girl arrested after posting sick films of herself ‘torturing and killing animals’

A TEENAGE girl has been arrested for torturing and killing cats and dogs with her friend and then posting footage of their reign of terror online.
Alina Orlova, 17, was arrested on the far eastern Russian city of Vladivostok where she was waiting for a connecting flight between her home city of Khabarovsk in south-eastern Russia to St Petersburg in the north-western part of the country.
According to local media, she was afraid she might get arrested.
She and her friend, Kristina K., who likes to wear horror movie-style makeup and contact lenses, posted photographs and videos of themselves apparently torturing and killing cats and dogs for 'bloodlust'.
The horrific images show one dog nailed to the wall as if it had been crucified and another hanging by its collar and then shot with an air gun.
Other animals are seen dead, including one which the girls cut open to pull out its internal organs.
Police became involved after animal lovers reacted with outrage to the graphic images that were posted in social media.
Local residents started a petition calling on the authorities to do something about the teenage torturers.
Both of the callous girls are students and live in the city of Khabarovsk in south-eastern Russia's Khabarovsk Krai region.

They said they had been adopting unwanted animals which they had promised to look after but instead they had tortured and killed them, posting photographic evidence online.
Orlova is seen clutching a cute puppy with her mouth open wide as if she is about to bit it, and another image shows Kristina menacingly holding a hammer and a nail.
Netizen Dmitriy Dmitriev said: "Somebody should do the same to them, in the same manner they treat these animals."
And Maria Ianov added: "OMG, I feel so bad after seeing it.
"One of the dogs that is still alive looks so adorable on the photo and is already hanging dead on the other one.
"How can their mothers defend it.
"I would have probably reported on my child if he did something like that. Horrible."
Orlova also posted that she was planning to kill her own mother, asking people how long she would have to stay in prison if she was caught.
Kristina's family are believed to have close ties to the local police force in Khabarovsk, according to local media.
Khabarovsk, the administrative centre of Khabarovsk Krai, lies just 30km from the Chinese border, at the confluence of the Amur and Ussuri Rivers.
