Red Dead Redemption 2 trailer is OUT NOW and it looks absolutely amazing
Rockstar Games has just revealed the latest instalment of its Wild West masterpiece video game.
After being teased late on Sunday afternoon, the trailer for Red Dead Redemption has just landed.
The trailer shows the vast landscapes seen in the original game, and hints that it may follow the story line of John Marston as he and his gang escape their crimes.
It is rumoured the game will act as a prequel to Red Dead Redemption and will follow Marston as he becomes one of the country’s most wanted outlaws.
Gamers lost their minds when the game was teasingly revealed earlier this week.
Now their thirst for answers will finally be satiated as Rockstar reveals the first concrete details about this highly anticipated title.
Red Dead Redemption was released back in 2010 to huge critical acclaim, with the Official Playstation Magazine rating it as the third best PS3 game of all time.
Since then it has developed a cult status among gamers, with many fans of the series pining Rockstar for a new release.
The 2010 release followed John Marston as he traversed the western landscape of America and Mexico in 1911, searching for those who had wronged him.
Red Dead Redemption was widely lauded for its brilliant cinematics, well developed gameplay and suitably epic soundtrack.
One of the strongest parts of the original title was its enormous map, which spanned two countries and several landscapes, including desert, city and mountain ranges.
