Urgent hunt for missing woman, 47, who vanished three days ago as her car is found abandoned

POLICE have launched an urged hunt for a woman who vanished three days ago.

Tracey Wood, 47, disappeared on Wednesday and her abandoned car has now been found.

Officers are appealing for information from anyone who saw the blue Nissan Juke - reg no: T3TRA - to work out how long it had been left in Sheepmount, Carlisle for.

Tracey is described as being 5ft 10 inches tall with long brown hair.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts - or who has seen a woman matching Tracey’s description - is asked to contact police immediately.
