Concierge at Kim Kardashian’s Paris hotel reveals how he pleaded with armed robbers not to hurt her
Kim was 'pulled out of bed' as dad-of-one tried to comfort 'screaming' reality star who hugged him after the ordeal
THE concierge at the hotel where Kim Kardashian was held at gunpoint has broken his silence about the heist – saying he pleaded with gunman not to harm the star.
The dad-of-one, who is known only as Abdulrahman because he fears for his safety, said Kim pleaded for her life during the terrifying raid.
Traumatised Algerian Abdulrahman told the how he was ordered to the room by the robbers and saw them pull the reality star from her bed.
He said he repeatedly told the men ‘not to hurt her’ as one of the gang ‘kept telling her to shut up’.
Abdulrahman – who helped interpret for Kim - said: “I put my hand on her shoulder and told her to be calm. I said, you have to be silent, you know.
“She sat down on the bed. She asked me, are we going to die? I said, I don’t know, how can I know?'
“She said, I have family and babies. I told her, me too, I have one son. And she began to scream again.”
He said the thieves had asked for the location of the “wife of the rapper”.
Abdulrahman claims he had warned his bosses that guests were ‘vulnerable’ for years.
He said those in charge of the elite Hôtel de Pourtalès ‘didn’t care’ about security, despite him claiming ‘someone might die’.
On October 3rd mum-of-two Kim was bound, gagged and robbed at around 2.30am - leaving her traumatised and still unable to face the public.
Speaking about a series of security lapses, he said: “There was no real security at all."
Abdulrahman alleged there had been no functioning security cameras at the celebrity favourite for six years and often there was just one guard on duty – despite the high calibre of wealthy clientele.
Opening up about his ordeal Abdulrahman revealed he was handcuffed and led to the reality star’s room by gunpoint and was forced to act as an interpreter during the 30 minutes robbers where in the hotel.
She’s only been photographed a handful of times since the incident, which is being investigated by French police.
Kim's sister Khloe recently revealed Kim is "not doing that well" since the robbery, and she's not sure how long it will take her to recover from the "emotional terror" of the experience.
Khloe told talk show host Ellen DeGeneres: "It's incredibly traumatic what happened to her, but our family is super close and great and we'll get through it together."
