Tony walked out on his ex Lorna after the pair welcomed Sofiia into their home

Tony stunned his family by walking out just ten days after they welcomed Sofiia into their family home from war-torn Ukraine.

But the dad-of-two last week revealed he has thrown his now ex-girlfriend out of the home they had set up together after a series of rows.

He had been ordered not to contact ex Lorna — mum to their two daughters — after she took him to court over allegations he sent her abusive texts.

But now Tony has been reunited with his family after a judge dropped the ban.

Today he told : “I am chuffed beyond words. It's so amazing to be back with my kids. They come before anything.”

Bradford Crown Court heard that he had split with Sofia and that she had returned to Ukraine.

Lorna said outside court: “He is actually a wonderful father who loves his daughters to bits. I know he has missed them a lot.

“When I rationalised, I realise that I was being unnecessarily paranoid. He would never do that, but it's been difficult to communicate with him when she was on the scene.”

The Sun originally broke the story that Tony fell for Sofiia after offering her a place to stay when she left her homeland.

He collected her from Manchester Airport after Sofiia jetted in from Germany where she had waited for her visa to get government approval.

She flew there from Poland.

Two weeks later, Lorna grew suspicious and ordered Sofiia to leave.

Tony packed his bags and went with her.

Lorna added: “Until today, we hadn't really talked properly or heard each other's views for months.

“I'm really happy that she has gone.

“Tony and I are not getting back together and I'm now seeing somebody else. He's fine with that but we're gonna put our children first.”

Tony says he and Sofia broke up after arguing while celebrating his 30th birthday at their home in Bradford, West Yorkshire.

He added he ended up calling the police who attended the address.

He said: “Getting involved with Sofiia was a huge mistake. I've explained all the reasons before and I'm glad it's all behind me now.”
