Boy who was one of youngest ever given an ASBO is jailed aged 18 after being stabbed 27 times in bid to be a drugs boss
A TEN-YEAR-OLD boy, who was one of the youngest ever given an ASBO before becoming a teenage drugs boss, has been jailed after being stabbed 27 times.
Alfie Hodgins, now 18 and from Wirral, Liverpool, was sentenced on Wednesday after being caught with £2,000 of when he was attacked.
Hodgins began his criminal career eight years ago and was in 2014 for "terrorising the community".

But it did not deter Alfie, who received his first criminal conviction three years later at the age of 13.
His rap sheet began to grow, with offences including theft, criminal damage, assault and breaching his ASBO.

In 2019 he was jailed for the first time for possession of a bladed article in a public place.
He served more time in February 2021 after he was caught with drugs, a phone and a "couple of weapons" in his cell.
This week Liverpool Crown Court heard he then became involved in selling class A drugs while out on licence after being put to work by a gang to pay off a debt.
But the lad instead stole the group's drugs and phone and started his own operation.

As a result he was attacked by four of the gang’s men with machetes in Ellesmere Port town centre.
Young Aflie was stabbed 27 times and was lying in a pool of his own blood when police arrived at the scene.
An air ambulance rushed him to hospital where he spent two weeks recovering from his injuries.
But he was soon arrested as at the time of the attack he was in possession of £1,220 of heroin and £1,100 of crack cocaine, as well as £1,208 and the gang’s phone.
He was this week jailed for two-and-a-half years after admitting possession with intent to supply.
Defence counsel John Weate told the court: "From a very young age, probably in his infancy, he has been subjected to living in a violent and criminal environment and a complete mistrust has developed within him of adults and people who may on the face of it be looking to help him.

"Everything has been disrupted by this life experience, which thankfully the vast majority of children don't have to experience. His education was completely and utterly disrupted through bad behaviour and through other issues which existed in his life.
"The glimmer of hope is a suggestion he wants to change. He seems determined to get a grip of his life and to do his level best in the future to make sure he doesn't find himself in this position again."
