He even sent WhatsApp messages attacking former Justice Secretary Dominic Raab, who foiled his bid to move to an open prison earlier this year.

Norris, due to apply for parole in 2024 or 2025, said: “Dom Raab your f***** c*** cos the Nozza is defo home in 2 [years] and High Court now agrees.

"Get that party sorted girls cos I be there soon.”

A source said he also allegedly told lags he did knife Stephen, 18, in the 1993 race attack in Eltham, South East London, which he has never formally admitted.

He allegedly said he “never lost a wink of sleep” over it.

He also shared a selfie in his cell at Dartmoor — in Aviator sunglasses with his TV and Xbox in the background.

Norris, who got a minimum 14 years in 2012, faces a probe which could mean an extra two years’ jail.
