Google unveils robots which could put thousands of white van men out of business
Tech giant unveils new fleet of autonomous VANS which could put a lot of people out of work
Google's latest invention threatens to put hardworking van men out of business.
The tech giant have just announced they will be increasing the size of their self-driving fleet as they step up production with Fiat-Chrysler.
Google is currently building a fleet of 100 Pacifica minivans with a series of new sensors as it looks to test out its new self-driving system.
The minivans, which arrived at one of Google's facilities in the US, have been equipped with two sets of sensors - one on the front bumper and one on the roof.
It appears as though Google is attempting to make the cars more commercially-friendly, meaning they could end up selling these cars to businesses as helping companies cut back on staff.
The self-driving car was hit by a van who had run a red light, with the driver having to go to hospital and the car sustaining substantial damage to its front and rear passenger door.
