FERNE McCann’s acid attacker ex Arthur Collins will marry his new lover in jail at the end of the year.
Collins, currently serving a 20-year prison sentence, is engaged to his businesswoman “soulmate” Annie Bull.
The couple got engaged last month when Collins, 29, went down on bended knee during a prison visit.
Annie, 33, already refers to him as her husband.
A pal told The Sun: “Their wedding is at the end of the year.”
The pair, who met through friends, will tie the knot inside category A HMP Woodhill in Milton Keynes.
A spokeswoman for the Ministry of Justice said they had not received an application to consider.

Essex-based Annie gushed about him yesterday, posting: “Husband — six hour phone calls every day and never a silence.”
After Collins proposed, Annie had his name tattooed under her boobs.
Pals told The Sun previously: “Annie says she has found her soulmate.
"She is madly in love with him.

"He is focused on getting the counselling and completing the therapy he needs — and generally behaving well inside — so he can get out of jail and rebuild a life with her.”
Collins was jailed in 2017 for an acid attack in a East London club which injured 22 people, including 16 who suffered serious burns.
A jury convicted him of five counts of grievous bodily harm with intent and nine of actual bodily harm.
At the time of the attack he was in a relationship with Ferne, mother to his daughter Sunday.

In 2018 the Court of Appeal threw out an attempt to cut his jail time.
Lord Justice Simon said: “These were exceptionally serious offences, and the severe sentence was fully justified.”
