AT least 15 people including a child have been killed in a horror crash after a truck toppled off a cliff in Peru.
The deadly crash happened on Saturday afternoon in the village of Materiato in the country's Junin region.
At least fifteen people lost their lives when the van heading to the city of Cubaro from Mazamari overturned.
According to , volunteer firefighters from the Satipo Station 147 who rushed to the scene managed to rescue three injured.
Sadly one of them, a child passed away on the way to the hospital.
The volunteers who were joined by police officers from the Mazamari police station and rescue services from Los Sinchis started recovering the passengers' bodies.

Meanwhile, those wounded were transferred to the Pangoa hospital.
The bodies of 13 people were recovered from the scene.
Two of the wounded died from their injuries at the hospital.
Currently, an injured person remains under medical supervision.
