A MUM went ballistic in an Asda Café after her daughter was fed chips that tasted of "rotting horse manure".
The stay-at-home mum, who wants to remain anonymous, only wanted to treat daughter 'P' to some nice grub.
But as soon as the youngster tucked into her plate of £1 fries in the eatery, she recoiled saying it "tasted like horse poo".
Her mum then grabbed the chip and gave it whiff before feeling "sick to her stomach" by the "rotting horse manure" smelling potato snack served up at the store in Clacton-on-Sea, Essex.
Taking to Facebook, the mum from the same town slammed: "Do not eat at Asda in Clacton.
"Ordered P chips today, she bit into one & said 'erghh Mummy it tastes like horse poo!"

The mum brought the plate of filth to staff in the "shambles" café who agreed the chips had a "vulgar" pong and refunded her a quid, reported.
But staff in the Bull Hill Road outlet "weren't even apologetic in the slightest" for serving up the dodgy dish, which left the mum "furious" and little P famished.
And despite a shiny new bargain campaign which lets kids eat for £1 at any time of day in the supermarket's Cafés, the mum said there was barely anything available from the large menu.
The deal is valid during the summer holidays, with no minimum adult spend required, to help with those struggling with the cost of living crisis.

A spokesperson for Asda said: "We are sorry that she was unhappy with the kids eat for £1 meal in our café and have refunded this purchase.
"Thousands of children across the UK have already enjoyed the meal offer since it was launched earlier this week and we have not received any other complaints like this."
