One shocking ad sees a landlord insist on what they refer to as "a 15 min adult cuddle once a week".

A demand from another landlord, who boasted of living in the shadow of Chelsea FC’s home ground, offered a room to a woman who would be prepared to give him a massage a couple of times a week.

In another example accommodation was offered entirely for free for the "right woman".

His ad stated: “Not really needing the money now so I am prepared to let it out to the right girl in return for help around the house and adult fun. Details to be discussed. Must be discreet.”

Another X-rated ad saw a man looking for a “female spankee”.
