Nasa rocket scientists shoot a video for a sexy rap song and it will make you CRINGE
Young boffins strike rapper poses beside giant rockets in their version of Flo Rida's My House
NASA space scientists have recorded a cringe-worthy rap video - about a planned mission to Mars.
A group of interns filmed themselves striking rapper poses beside giant rockets in a reworked version of Flo Rida's sexy My House vid.
They are also seen blowing party streamers inside a space capsule and roaming around the "Mission Control" at Nasa's Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas.
The lyrics celebrate Nasa's $150bn Orion project to send humans to the Red Planet.
The young boffins rap: "Open up the airlock, pop! It's Nasa, come on, turn it up.
"Hear the 'go' from control and the count begins, cause we ain't done this before so strap on in.
"Hear the voice in my ear, taking off with no fear, yeah, we know Mars ain't near but we know Nasa is here, here.
"Welcome to Nasa, Houston take control now, our scientists know how to get us off the ground."
Another section imagines doing space walks - known in Nasa jargon as EVAs or extravehicular activity - and stepping foot on Mars for the first time after a six-month flight.
They rap: "Almost there and you know that we just can't wait, thinking 'bout walkin' out doin' EVAs.
