Lavontae Stuckey, 18, was arrested on a kidnapping charge in connection with the July 9 incident, reported.

The victim told police that she met Stuckey at a Las Vegas intersection and got into his car.

The two decided to go to the garage at the Strat Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas to "chill and smoke," police said in an arrest report reviewed by KLAS.

When they moved into the backseat of the car, she claims Stuckey told her he had a gun.

Stuckey then allegedly demanded sex acts, according to the arrest report.

The woman couldn't escape because of child locks on the car doors, meaning the doors could not be opened from the inside, KLAS reported.

The woman's friend was apparently able to find her and get into the car.

They escaped and took down Stuckey's license plate. Police noted that he allegedly hit two cars while fleeing the garage.

Police stopped Stuckey's car on Sunday and arrested him.

It is unclear if there was a gun in the car.

Stuckey has been charged with kidnapping in connection to the alleged crime, according to KLAS.

The Nevada District Attorney did not charge him for the alleged attempted sexual assault.

The Sun contacted the DA's office late Thursday and inquired about Stuckey's charges.

Stuckey has remained at the Clark County Detention Center with his bail set at $10,000, according to KLAS.
