Glastonbury 2017 tickets on sale TODAY, here’s how to get them and how much they cost
IF you are hoping to join the hordes of eager party animals who flock west every year Glastonbury’s legendary festival, then there are a few things you need to know.
With headline act rumours already trickling in, we are convinced that next year will be a corker.
You’ll be gutted if you miss out. Clean… but gutted.
How do I get tickets?
As with every year, you will need to be registered to be in with a chance of buying tickets when they go on sale in October.
'Coach and package tickets went on sale October 6 and sold out in record time, general sale tickets will be available from 9am today'.
Tickets will be available via the from 9am BST on Sunday 4 October.
You will be required to enter your registration number. The tickets will have your name, photo and address on it so there are no opportunities to sell it on.
Wait a minute... did you remember to register?
As with every year, to be in with a chance of getting your hands on Glastonbury tickets, you need to have pre-registered.
Registration closed earlier this week, so if you're not yet registered you may be out of luck.
However, if you have previously registered for tickets, Glastonbury advises that registrations approved from 2010 onwards are still valid to buy tickets for Glastonbury 2017.
They recommend , in case you were registered to an old email account, your photo is no longer a good likeness, or your pre-2010 registration has expired.
When do the tickets go on sale?
The combined coach and ticket packages went on sale on October 6 at 6pm while General Admission tickets start selling at 9am on October 9.
How much will they cost me?
This year tickets will be £238 per person plus £5 booking fee.
Why should I go?
There are plenty of reasons why you’ll have an incredible time, not least the rumoured line-up, which looks like it is set to be suitably epic.
