Horror moment Ukrainians flee and day turns to night as Russian missile strike annihilates city centre killing 23
THIS is the horror moment terrified Ukrainians fled for their lives as another barbaric Russian missile strike annihilated a city centre.
At least 23 people were killed and more than 100 left wounded after Putin's butchers viciously bombed the Ukrainian city of Vinnytsia.

Shocking CCTV footage captured the moment the force of the blast knocked pedestrians and cyclists to the ground.
Civilians strolling through a square are seen frantically running to find shelter as a dark mushroom cloud of smoke and debris sweeps over them, turning day into night.
Other terrifying footage shows the moment a coffee shop worker and a customer are thrown to the floor as the windows explode from the force of the rocket attack.
The frightened barista can be seen cowering under the counter as the store is rocked by two massive blasts before two people rush in to help.

Three long-range Russian missiles blitzed an office block and homes and set at least 50 vehicles on fire at 10.50am local time as fresh horror erupted in broad daylight in the city in west-central Ukraine - far from the frontline.
Horrific pictures show the aftermath of the shelling, with a black and pink pram seen lying on its side next to the body of four-year-old Liza Dmitrieva.
Heartbreaking footage showed Liza and her smiling mum - named locally as 33-year-old Irina Dmitrieva - walking home from nursery just one hour before they were hit by the strike.
In a haunting final video Irina shared on her Instagram, she smiles at the camera as she films herself and her daughter, who pushes the pram.

Irina wears white trousers and a blouse, while her daughter wears white trousers and a blue denim jacket.
Earlier pictures showed Irina holding Liza, who was reported to have Down's Syndrome as well as arthritis in one leg.
The mum is believed to have survived, although unconfirmed reports claim her leg was blown off in the blast.
Ukraine's state emergency service posted a photo of a toy kitten, a toy dog and flowers lying in the grass and said: "The little girl Liza, killed by the Russians today, has become a ray of sunshine."
And Ukrainian first lady Olena Zelenska said she had met little Liza.
She said: "We were horrified to see a photo of an overturned pushchair from Vinnytsia. And then, reading the news, I realised that I knew this girl.
“We met while recording a video for the Christmas holidays."
The brutal Russian strike also wiped out a medical centre, killing two members of staff and wounding doctors.
Administrator Kateryna Hula, 24, and Tetyana Kharchenko, the centre's manager, both died.
And children's neurologist Pavlo Kovalchuk and neurologist Nataliya Falshtynska are said to be fighting for their lives.
Survivors at the centre told of "unspeakable pain and sadness for all those who suffered".
The Ukrainian Children’s Neurologists Association posted: "One of the best young paediatric neurologists in Ukraine, our colleague Pavlo Vasyliovych Kovalchuk, was severely affected.
“Now he is in the hospital with numerous burns and shrapnel wounds, and he needs your help."

Dr Falshtynska, a mother-of-three, suffered a brain injury and her legs were left ";completely burned".
Evhen Kovalenko, 25, the producer for Ukrainian singer Roxolana, was also reportedly killed in the horror blast.
Roxolana had been due to perform in the city on Thursday night.
And band Bratya Gadyukiny said local people who had helped them organise their concert died in the rocket attack.
“A mad fascist monster struck the centre of our Vinnytsia," they said.
“Many people died and were injured.
“Among them were two men who helped us organise a reception and a performance in front of our soldiers.
"Vitaly Kabluchko is in intensive care, he is being operated on. Viktor Polishchuk died."
Rescuers feared the death toll could rise as teams scoured the rubble for victims yet to be accounted for.
President Volodymyr Zelensky said: "Unfortunately, this is not the final number. Debris clearance continues.
"Dozens of people are reported missing. There are seriously injured (people) among those hospitalised."
Vinnytsia is one of Ukraine's largest cities - with a population of 370,000 - and thousands of people from the east have fled there since the start of the war.
The governor of the Vinnytsia region, Serhiy Borzov, said Ukrainian air defence systems shot down another four Russian missiles in the area.
Outraged Ukrainians fumed that the attack was yet another example of Putin's "terrorist" war crimes.

It comes after CCTV footage captured the horrifying moment a massive blast hit near the Amstor mall in Kremenchug last month - leaving at least 18 people dead and dozens injured.
And shocking video also showed the terrifying moment a Russian missile obliterated a block of flats in Chasiv Yar, killing 15 people and leaving more than 30 people trapped under the rubble.
