Russia unveils photo of MASSIVE Satan-2 nuclear missile as Putin’s nuke chief issues chilling new warning to the West

VLADIMIR Putin's missile chief issued a fresh threat to the West today - while posing in front of a giant Satan-2 nuke.

Space agency boss Dmitry Rogozin is pictured with the 116ft RS-28 Sarmat ICBM lying under tarpaulins on a railway transporter.

The new generation 200-ton rocket is claimed to be able to deliver 15 warheads to anywhere on earth at almost 16,000mph.

Rogozin, the loyal head of Roscosmos, recently threatened to use them to wipe out half of Europe.

Today he posted a new pic on Telegram showing a shrouded missile in a forest.

Rogozin said: "Sarmat. The world's most powerful global-range nuclear missile is preparing for new tests and mass production."

Putin has previously bragged the nukes - dubbed Satan-2 - will "force those who try to threaten Russia to think twice".

The tyrant warned: "The missile can break through all modern anti-missile defences.

"There is nothing like this anywhere in the world, and won't be for a long time."

And last month Putin promised Sarmats will be deployed by the end of the year in a chilling threat to Nato members supporting Ukraine.

The rocket has completed only one successful launch, in April.

But Rogozin insisted a second planned test is "on schedule" and his team has started building the first of 50 units.

He said at the end of June: "We have already started creating mass production missiles.

“We proceed from the fact that by the end of the year we will have to put on combat duty the first regiment in Uzhur, Krasnoyarsk Territory.”

In May, Rogozin - a former deputy prime minister - boasted the missiles can demolish "half of the US coast" in a sinister slide show to schoolchildren.

Rogozin also threatened direct strikes on Downing Street and the White House in a bizarre online rant during the Nato summit.

He published satellite images and map coordinates of the summit venue in Madrid, as well as the Nato HQ in Brussels and "decision-making centres" in London, Washington, Paris and Berlin.

Putin's "Iron Doll" propagandist Olga Skabeyeva gleefully broadcast the images on state TV.

She warned: "With greetings to the participants of the Nato summit of a bloc openly hostile to Russia.

"Let them just keep it in mind."

It came after another ultra-loyalist prime time TV pundit discussed using the missiles to blitz capitals across Europe.
