THIS is the shocking moment a mum shaves her own daughter's head as punishment for her bullying a classmate with cancer.

The harrowing footage shows the daughter screaming and weeping as her mother chops her dark locks off with an electric razor.

She had allegedly been picking on a female classmate who lost her hair from chemotherapy treatment.
