In the footage, the delivery driver filmed himself handing over a Boots bag containing Canesten antifungal cream, which he had opened.

Canesten is often used to treat vaginal infections including thrush.

The cruel delivery driver then says to the camera: "Someone's got some problems downstairs, man."

The woman is then filmed leaving her student accommodation in Cambridge to collect the package when she is asked by the loser what the item is for.

When she replies "It's medicine", the driver asks: "Oh, what for? What do you use it for? Face?"

The puzzled student says it is face cream, to which the driver cruelly mocks: "It's face cream is it?"

When she walks away the coward says: "Oh okay. Right, see ya."

He then looks at the camera and sniggers to himself.

Reegan Kay posted a recording of the Instagram story to Twitter, where it has been liked over 3,500 times.

She said: "This @Deliveroo driver decided to open this woman's package, record her and mock her for its contents.

"Men continue to have the f****** audacity.

"Like she's probably ordered it through deliveroo because buying it in person would be embarrassing and he's gone out of his way to make her uncomfortable AND post it online ?????"

Deliveroo said in a statement on Twitter: "Rest assured we will be reaching out to the customer, investigating immediately and will no longer work with this rider."

When approached by The Sun, Deliveroo refused to identify the driver but said his behaviour was unacceptable and he's been sacked.

A Deliveroo spokesperson said: "This behaviour is completely unacceptable and we will no longer work with this rider.
